Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery
Diplomate, American Board of Cosmetic Surgery
Dr. Kevin Sadati is a cosmetic surgeon with more than a decade of experience in Orange County. In that time he has helped thousands of patients in Newport Beach address a wide variety of cosmetic concerns. Unlike many surgeons that simply treat a particular cosmetic concern a patient may have, Dr. Sadati considers how the changes a patient is considering will align with their overall body type and size. He is committed to treating the patient as a whole with a keen and artistic eye for balancing any procedure he performs with the specific contours of the patient’s body and face. This helps the patient look younger naturally and avoids the telltale signs of a less skilled cosmetic surgeon performing the same procedure.
In addition to Dr. Sadati’s board certification, he is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and is responsible for pioneering many innovative procedures that are used today by hundreds of other doctors the world over. One procedure in particular using free fat transfer with PRP allows him to reduce the recovery time of several key procedures he performs and ensure a higher degree of success than older methods. He has also participated in clinical trials for this process that ultimately lead to certification for the procedure. This one technique is now helping hundreds of other surgeons deliver a better standard of care to their patients based on the work that Dr’ Sadati has done. This procedure is such a substantial improvement over older methods that Dr. Sadati actually received the “Best Scholarly Manuscript” award while attending the Academy of Cosmetic Scientific Conference in 2006 for a paper he authored on the subject. Because of innovations like these he is in constant demand at seminars and speaking engagements all over the country to discuss these techniques and pass on his experience to other cosmetic surgeons.
Dr. Sadati is also certified by the AOBOO in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery. This allows him to help patients in all aspects of cosmetic surgery to correct for issues they may have with their bodies. Throughout his career, Dr. Sadati has been consistent in his approach to treating the whole patient and ensuring any cosmetic changes he makes for a patient are done in perfect harmony with the rest of their body. His patients appreciate this individual and personal attention and his unique approach to cosmetic surgery has helped his practice to grow over the years as a result.

Educational Summary
Dr. Sadati received scholarships to earn his undergraduate degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Near Eastern Art & History from the University of California at Berkeley. He then became involved in wound healing research at the University of California at San Francisco. He went on to earn his medical degree from Midwestern University in Illinois. After completing his rotating internship at Michigan State University, Metropolitan Hospital, he continued his General Surgery, Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery at PCOM and the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his facial plastic & reconstructive training in Philadelphia.
In his quest for a higher education, he attended fellowship training in general cosmetic & reconstructive surgery in the State of Washington that is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
While a resident at day, he also pursued his interest in art by attending evening classes at the Philadelphia School of Fine Arts. He felt that by learning oil painting and sculpting, he would also gain an enormous amount of understanding for the human form; and through his artistic training, he learned that having this skill would be a tool to use in surgery; that was both unique, and beneficial to his patients. The means to this technique provided him a better understanding in how to achieve a harmonious and balanced body. With the use of clinical applications at surgery, and by implementing this skill, he produced a harmony in the body that worked.

Wound Healing Research: Regulatory Effects of IL4 & NO Signaling on Osteoclasts & Osteoblasts. Bone marrow stem cells were induced to differentiate into osteoclasts and Osteoblasts, then IL4 and Nitrous Oxide were introduced to them. The results indicated that IL4 down regulates the Osteoblasts, and NO upregulates the Osteoblasts.
