noseYour nose ...is it too large, too small, too flat, or too pointed? Is it crooked? Do you have trouble breathing from one or both sides of your nose?
If so, you are in good company. Many people feel their nose detracts from their whole face, taking away from the natural beauty of their eyes, hair or other facial features.

Cosmetic surgery can change the shape of the whole nose or of just a small part of it, making it fit more harmoniously with the rest of the face.

Face Lift

fliftAs we age, our skin loses its elasticity and gives in to gravity. This causes sagging of the neck and jaw lines “ jowls” as well as loose folds of skin around the mouth. Some people may also develop fatty collections under the chin “double chin", and others get thick cords under the skin of the neck. Today, men and women in their 50s, 60s, and 70s are healthier, more active, and more productive than ever before. Their inner side and energy may feel like a 50 year old, but their face appears like a 70 year old. More and more people are choosing to age gracefully by setting back the clock a few years through facial cosmetic surgery. The truth is that most people seeking facial cosmetic surgery want to look better, but they don't want to look radically different. Dr. Sadati strongly believes that the outcome of facial cosmetic surgery should be very natural in appearance. A great result is both in what you see and what you don't see.

Eyelid Surgery

eye(Blepharoplasty) The eyes are one of first things we notice when meeting someone new. Most often, beautiful eyes can make up for other features that are less than desirable. Likewise, eyes that are tired, droopy, or swollen may not reflect the vibrant inner self that you would like to portray. For a large percentage of the population, the earliest signs of aging are around the eyes. Do people ask you, “Is something wrong?”, or “Did you not sleep well?” because your eyes are swollen with bags. Fortunately, cosmetic surgery can give you dramatically younger eyes through eyelid lifts or blepharoplasty surgery.

One reason that eyes may seem older and droopy is simply due to age. As skin ages it relaxes and looses elasticity, therefore the eyebrows sag. As the outer part of the eyebrow droops, the skin of the upper eyelid will look saggy, as if you had developed extra skin that was not there several years before. This effect will hide the upper eyelid margin and make those beautiful eyes look tried. Correction of the defect is easily done by trimming this "extra" skin.

You probably remember a child in grade school with prominent ears -- the one who always got teased. Large, protruding ears are the bane of childhood. Even as we grow older, they can make us feel self-conscious about our appearance.

Maybe prominent ears run in your family. About 25% of children by parents with prominent ears will also have prominent ears, and the same teasing you may have suffered as a child may be a part of your child's early years.

Brow and Forehead Lift

browliftThe brow and the forehead are often the first region to show signs of aging. Heaviness and drooping of the eyebrows can give us a tired and sometimes angry look. Drooping of the eyebrows also produce heaviness of the upper eyelids which is a result of pulling down of the lower edge of the brow to the upper eyelashes. In addition, there is 'hooding' of the outer corners of the eyes, caused by drooping of the skin underneath the outer edge of the eyebrows. Heavy or droopy brows can give a tired and angry appearance to the face.

As the eyebrows sag, it requires effort to keep them from blocking our vision, which causes deep horizontal creases to appear on the forehead. Repeated frowning can also cause deep vertical creases to form between the eyebrows. Sagging of the skin in the corners of the brow increases the appearance of the crows feet.

Botox®

Botox® Cosmetic is an FDA approved treatment for the temporary reduction of moderate to severe wrinkles of the face due to repeated movement of certain facial muscles. It is used for both medical and cosmetic purposes. Botox® Cosmetic blocks nerve impulses which reduce movement of specific muscles thereby smoothing out the area.

The most popular use of Botox® Cosmetic is to smooth out the frown line that appears between the eyes. Botox® Cosmetic is also used for horizontal frown lines that appear on the forehead, browlift, crow’s feet, pebbled chin, downturned mouth, neck wrinkles, migraine headaches and lip lines caused by smoking, sun damage, and aging. Dr. Sadati uses only Allergan Botox® Cosmetic and the effect takes 7 days to initially observe and generally lasts 6 months. Most patients receive Botox® Cosmetic injections 2 times a year.
