Dr. Sadati is board certified in facial plastic & reconstructive surgery, otolaryngology/head and neck surgery, and a diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He is a member of American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is an exceptional, highly specialized and experienced surgeon whose work is respected by his peers, and loved by his patients! Dr. Sadati has performed thousands of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures throughout his 10-year career. His expertise in creating natural, non-operated looking results is credited to his experience, his surgical finesse-and his artistic talent. As a painter and sculptor, Dr. Sadati’s artistic eye for aesthetic harmony-the culmination of a lifetime of devoted study and appreciation of humanity and the arts-is key to his creating beautiful, natural looking results in cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Sadati is responsible for pioneering many innovative procedures that are used today by hundreds of other doctors the world over. One procedure in particular using free fat transfer with PRP allows him to reduce the recovery time of several key procedures he performs and ensure a higher degree of success than older methods. His technique is now helping hundreds of other surgeons deliver a better standard of care to their patients based on the work that Dr’ Sadati has done. This procedure is such a substantial improvement over older methods that Dr. Sadati actually received the “Best Scholarly Manuscript” award while attending the Academy of Cosmetic Scientific Conference in 2006 for a paper he authored on the subject. Because of innovations like these he is in constant demand at seminars and speaking engagements all over the country to discuss these techniques and pass on his experience to other cosmetic surgeons.
Another procedure that he’s known for nationwide is his revolutionary Natural lower face lift technique that has been published in the prestigious American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Sadati presented his technique in many national academic conferences such as American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery meetings. His natural face lift will bring up the jowls and provides an excellent neck lift. This lift will improve any type of neck; from a neck with minimal laxity, to the heaviest and the most difficult neck. A great procedure for both men and women in their late 40’s to their 70’s. This procedure is preferred by most because it’s done under local anesthesia using oral sedation without the need for general anesthesia.

He then became involved in wound healing research at the University of California at San Francisco. He went on to earn his medical degree from Midwestern University in Illinois. After completing his rotating internship at Michigan State University, Metropolitan Hospital, he continued his General Surgery, Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery at PCOM and the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his facial plastic & reconstructive training in Philadelphia.
In his quest for a higher education, he attended fellowship training in general cosmetic & reconstructive surgery in the State of Washington that is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
While a resident at day, he also pursued his interest in art by attending evening classes at the Philadelphia School of Fine Arts. He felt that by learning oil painting and sculpting, he would also gain an enormous amount of understanding for the human form; and through his artistic training, he learned that having this skill would be a tool to use in surgery; that was both unique, and beneficial to his patients. The means to this technique provided him a better understanding in how to achieve a harmonious and balanced body. With the use of clinical applications at surgery, and by implementing this skill, he produced a harmony in the body that worked.

Wound Healing Research: Regulatory Effects of IL4 & NO Signaling on Osteoclasts & Osteoblasts. Bone marrow stem cells were induced to differentiate into osteoclasts and Osteoblasts, then IL4 and Nitrous Oxide were introduced to them. The results indicated that IL4 down regulates the Osteoblasts, and NO upregulates the Osteoblasts.
