This patient is 7 weeks post operative rhinoplasty. She wanted a very subtle changes and improvement in her nasal tip and dorsum area. She did not wish to have an overly rotated tip or “scooped” dorsum. Dr. Sadati reduced the nasal dorsum by filing it down and also using fineness rhinoplasty to improve the tip area. She was pleased with the results as it appeared as she had wished pre-operatively.
