He has had previous rhinoplasty with another surgeon and he was not happy with droopy tip and dorsal hump. Dr. Sadati performed an open revision rhinoplasty and used special grafting technique to create support for the tip. His nose is now looking more masculine and natural. A male's nose should look strong with masculine features. This is an easy concept to imagine but most of the time it is not followed by many plastic surgeons. One fit all is not a concept that can be used in rhinoplasty surgery. While it is acceptable to have slight tip rotation and narrow bridge in female rhinoplasty, it is would look odd and unnatural in male rhinoplasty.

A straight and strong nose is vital and important on a male face.

A male rhinoplasty should give the impression of being created by nature. Extreme tip rotation, size reduction, or overly narrowed bridge will give a slight but obvious hint to observers that something just is not right and appears unnatural.
