This beautiful Orange County Rhinoplasty patient is 8 weeks post nasal surgery in this before and after picture. She desired a petite nose that would fit her facial features. She felt that her nose was distracting viewers from her beautiful eyes. She did not like the nasal hump and her droopy nasal tip. She had searched many rhinoplasty surgeons online and found Dr. Sadati. By reviewing his before and after rhinoplasty pictures, she felt comfortable that she was going to have a good result. Once she met Dr. Sadati in his Newport Beach office, she knew that he was the surgeon that would fix her nose the way she wanted. Dr. Sadati recommended an open rhinoplasty to improve her dorsal hump and nasal tip as well as improving her breathing problem. She had realistic expectation about the outcome of her procedure and that resulted in her satisfaction. Her recovery was quick and she was back to her busy social activity in a brief time.

This patient is 7 weeks post operative rhinoplasty. She wanted a very subtle changes and improvement in her nasal tip and dorsum area. She did not wish to have an overly rotated tip or “scooped” dorsum. Dr. Sadati reduced the nasal dorsum by filing it down and also using fineness rhinoplasty to improve the tip area. She was pleased with the results as it appeared as she had wished pre-operatively.  Communication between rhinoplasty surgeon and patient is important to meet patients expectations, so long as those expectations are realistic.
